Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on ARHReviews.com infringes on your copyright, you may send a DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include all the following elements to be valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.

Counter-Notification Process
If your content was removed due to a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to post the content, you may send a counter-notification. A counter-notice must include these details:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. If you are outside the U.S., you must consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which ARHReviews.com may be found. You must also accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
Send counter-notifications to [email protected]. ARHReviews.com will provide the complainant with a copy of your counter-notice. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy
ARHReviews.com maintains a strict policy against repeat infringers. Users found to repeatedly post infringing content, regardless of the topic from home builders to interior design, will have their privileges terminated. We may remove accounts of users who are the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices.
